Love your thoughts
Often thoughts are not seen as okay! They disturb us, we can't concentrate on what we are doing, they drive us crazy and they tire us. So we do everything we can to get rid of them by trying to clear our heads all the time.
And that's where the resistance begins, which means that you maintain what you don't want. What you resist, persists. In addition, your head becomes even more active and it is very tiring to be in resistance all the time.
So it is much easier to observe your thoughts without judging and doing nothing with them.
Just let them be, they are just thoughts. Or play with them, ending each thought by saying: 'dot' and recalling the next thought and saying 'dot' again. Then see what happens.
So don't tell your thoughts to disappear. It's all about not fighting yourself anymore, including your thoughts. Find peace within yourself.
