Because of the release of my first book 'Healing Awareness, peace within yourself' on October 25, 2018, you can book me for an interactive lecture. This lecture lasts an average of 1.5 hours including a number of exercises. After that there is another half hour for asking questions.
The 2nd edition of my book was published at the end of April 2019 and the 3rd edition in June 2021. An audiobook of this was also published on August 1, 2019 and an ebook in July 2021.
Healing Awareness is a method of consciousness based on the fact that we are already whole. So nothing needs to be fixed, changed or healed, because no mistakes have been made in our 'design'. From the awareness of wholeness we can more easily accept what we feel when something happens that we don't like. Usually we go against this feelings/emotions on the basis of old beliefs, which causes cramps in the body. Because the energy does not flow through, blockages and diseases can arise in the body. Then we will again oppose that! Healing Awareness is a way of living in peace and complete acceptance with yourself; so in unconditional love. That has a profound effect on your body. By doing the simple exercises you get the opportunity to experience it instantly and you may be surprised what happens in your body. In recent years I have been able to pass this method on to many clients who have changed their way of life as a result. During the lecture I also do various exercises and give demos.
